The privilege of a life time is to become who you are.
— Joseph Campbell
Psychotherapy, which literally means soul care, has become a lost art in many ways.
I firmly believe that we can reclaim this art, dedicating ourselves to the profound act of listening to our soul’s invitation and offering the care and attention it deserves.
My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in the integration of Jungian principles, infused with the wisdom and practices of Buddhism. I promote a participatory vision of life, where we take responsibility for our responses to the world, knowing that our actions matter and make a difference. Within the sacred container of our sessions, I offer a compassionate and loving presence to facilitate exploration and healing.
Through counseling sessions, we explore the nature of the mind and discern what brings happiness and well-being versus suffering and pain.
My deepest intention is to support people to live authentically and consciously.
We all have the capacity to cultivate a deeper and more fulfilling relationship to ourselves and to all of life, one that honors, respects and cares for our hearts, minds and souls.
Some of my teachers and inspirations include C.G. Jung, Thomas Moore, Robert Johnson, Jean Shinoda Bolen, Stanislav Grof, Gil Fronsdal, and Joseph Goldstein.
Sessions are 50 minutes on Zoom. Potential clients can sign up for a free 30-minute introductory call to determine if we are a good fit for each other. I provide a sliding scale fee structure for clients, offering flexible payment options based on individual financial circumstances.
